Professional Counseling vs. integrative coaching options

Natural Wisdom Counseling provides formal counseling/psychotherapy options, as well as Integrative Coaching.

Counseling/Psychotherapy: is only provided by licensed counselors through Wisconsin DSPS or clinical masters-level interns who are supervised by licensed providers. This is often chosen by clients who have a formal diagnosis or want a formal diagnosis, who engage in treatment planning, and/or who plan to use HSA accounts, insurance, or waiver programs to pay for services.
Market Rate: $250 per session (50-60 minutes)
Integrative Somatic Coaching: is provided by licensed and unlicensed providers supervised at Natural Wisdom Counseling. This is often chosen by clients who do not have or do not want a formal diagnosis, who want the liberty to direct their care outside of the medical system, and/or who plan to pay out of pocket for services.
Market Rate: $225 per session (50-60 minutes)

  • Most sessions follow a standard 45-minute therapy timeline.

  • Specialty sessions (EMDR, partners/families, wilderness, equine) can be extend to 90 minutes or up to 3 hours.

  • Sliding scale options are available on a limited basis.

  • Medicaid, Quartz, Medicare, Dean, and the CLTS waiver are currently accepted.

  • Payment methods include cash, check, IvyPay, Zelle, and PayPal
