Darcy Lalimo
Darcy Lalimo, MSW, earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is currently completing the Human-Animal Connection’s Equine-Interaction in Mental Health Practitioner Certificate Program through the University of Denver.
She works in community mental health, supporting individuals living with severe and persistent mental health challenges. As part of her certification training, she is completing field hours with Natural Wisdom Counseling, where she is gaining hands-on experience integrating horses into therapeutic practice.
Darcy is on the farm on Wednesdays.
Nicolle hill
Nicolle is a UW-Milwaukee Graduate student pursuing a Masters of Social Work. She brings 14 years of professional experience, including running her own Doula business and serving as a Director at a local nonprofit. To her work, she shows a deep dedication by addressing service gaps and elevating client voice through trauma informed practices.
Working alongside children and their families, she has built strong connections throughout the Dane County area and is looking to advance her skills by obtaining her Clinical license. Nicolle hopes to provide nature, art and horses as coping techniques to those who traditionally have barriers to access.
