LGBTQ2IA+ Teen Therapy Group

In the natural world around us, we can find a wide range of normal and natural variation--including gender, sex, and sexuality variation. Sometimes, one of the most healing things that a LGBTQ2IA+ person can do is to find community and see representation in the natural world.

This 3-week therapy group for teens (13-17 years old) includes a full-hour intake session beforehand with their family, and a full-hour debrief session with their family afterwards. In the groups, we will lean into the realm of normal and natural variation while exploring topics of belonging, self-expression, and safety in relationships for teens who as a LGBTQ2IA+.
Participants can expect to spend time with horses, in the woods, and doing creative expression with writing and art.

Limited to 6 participants, in accordance with our current COVID-19 policies (to see these policies, you can go to www.naturalwisdomcounseling.com)
