[image description: custom art by @ajschuberto; illustration of two people. The one on the left is in a purple t-shirt and yellow pants, with blonde hair in a ponytail. She has "land mines" embedded in various parts of her body. The person on the right is in a red hoodie, and blue pants, with long curly hair--she is reaching out to tap the other person on the shoulder. --- Art inspired by the experience of having trauma stuck in our bodies, embedded in our somatic memory, sometimes accidentally triggered by others.]

[image description: custom art by @ajschuberto; illustration of a person "Entering the Unknown". There is a threshold of a doorway, with a door opened back, towards the left of the image. At the threshold, the head, arm, and toes of a person is visible. The person is reaching out, while their toes are curled around the bottom of the doorway. In front of the person (to the right of the image) is the openness of outer space. There are stars, and what appears to be a galaxy. Art inspired by the ways in which change and transitions can be scary, while also full of limitless, spacious opportunities.]
